Prosisoft plans to support the ESComXML approach for communication of exposure scenarios between the members of the supply chain. The aim is to facilitate the exchange of respective data for automatised pprocessing via standardised XML files, using the EUPhraC standard phrase catalogue.

This approach is propagated a.o. by the European chemical industries' association CEFIC. Especially because of the extension to mixtures, the lead for this task was taken by DUCC (Downstream Users of Chemicals Co-ordination). Version 1.1 of the concept has been issued end of May 2011.
