The FCC (Flow Chart Calculator) is a universal tool. By means of this FCC it is possible to configurate evaluations and calculations in the form of rule tables. This way, in principle, each kind of decision trees, as they are explicitly or implicitly contained in numerous regulations, can be represented in HSM NAV.

The FCC has two big advantages:

• He can be used by every trained user.
•  The creation of rules does not entail changes of objects and data structures, so that by using the FCC cannot cause conflicts with other parts of the NAV installation.
