Hazardous Substance Management NAV (HSM) is certified for Microsoft Dynamics TM NAV (Navision). Thanks to seamless integration many processes can be automatised, e.g.

Classification of hazardous substances and dangerous goods etc. on certification of a production recipe.,

SDS dispatch on order posting (with region specific re-dispatch on relevant changes),

Generation of transport documents (for ADR, IMO, IATA) on composition of a shipment.

Legislation

At the moment, hazardous substance related legislation in Europe is dominated by the following subjects: the new chemicals legislation (REACH) and the introduction of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (by the CLP Regulation). The REACH Regulation also influences the design of Safety Data Sheets.
